Enterprise Inns’ shareholders are due to vote this week on whether to approve the acquisition of the remaining 83% of Unique that the tenanted pub chain does not already own. The acquisition is expected to be completed on Wednesday, assuming they accept the deal. Morgan Stanley believes Enterprise is being conservative in its estimates for cost savings through synergies and for ebidta. Merrill Lynch has set a 12-month price target of 710p. The shares currently trade at 580p. Panmure Gordon has a hold stance on the chain. It is a buyer of Punch, Greene King, JD Wetherspoon, Luminar and Fuller Smith & Turner.
