Drake & Morgan, the highly-regarded bar-restaurant operator, strengthened its management team with the appointment of Natalia Di Palma as marketing manager and the promotion of Anastasia Antonova to sales and events manager. Di Palma joins the company from the marketing department of business training company, White Water Women, and will be tasked with managing all aspects of Drake & Morgan’s marketing and promotions strategy. During her time at White Water Women, Di Palma was involved in the development of marketing plans to attract new business and was key in strengthening the company’s social media strategy – something she is set to implement at Drake & Morgan. Antonova joined Drake & Morgan as a reservationist in 2009 after graduating from University College Birmingham. In 2010, she was promoted to reservations and events manager at group’s The Folly. She will now become sales and events manager for all of the company’s venues, including The Drift, it’s latest site, which opens at London's Heron Tower next week. The business is chaired by serial entrepreneur John Connell and backed by Imbiba Partnership, Connell's investment vehicle. MacLean had worked at a number of sector companies such as Novus Leisure and Spirit Group, before launching the business three years ago.
