Most brokers are backing Enterprise Inns shares, which hit a peak of 892.5p on November 28 before falling back to 876p, to continue rising.   UBS has increased its price target to 1000p from 950p, saying that shares were not expensive trading on 13 times earnings. Merrill Lynch believed a 32% rise in annual profits announced last month was "market beating" and Investec said it was at the top end of expectations.
