Bespoke Inns, the Derbyshire-based pub company, has opened its sixth site, the Cross Keys in the village of Turnditch, after an £80,000 revamp. The group, which was founded just over a year ago, also currently operates the Green Dragon at Willington, the White Hart at Clowne, the Copper Heath at Stapenhill, and two further pubs in Newhall. The company plans to open at least two more outlets within the next 12 months. Bespoke's Alan Shepherd said: “We are expanding rapidly and we are in the process of bringing at least two more pubs back to life. Our ambition is to eventually own around 15 to 20. I think the industry is moving back towards a more traditional way of doing things, which involves locally-owned pubs.”
