Wildwood, the Tasty owned pizza and pasta concept, has acquired a site owned by Revive Pubs in Surrey. Revive, which is owned by Richard Turner and Simon Anderson, sold the Punch tied leasehold property the Old Bear in Cobham, Surrey, less than two years after the company took it over. Turner and Anderson took on the Grade II-listed Old Bear in early 2009, and won two AA rosettes later that year with the help of Chef Nathan Green. The pizza and pasta brand now has eight sites across Buckinghamshire, Essex, Kent and Greater London. It was sold off an asking price of £275,000 with rent set at £70,000 by property agent Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL). The pub comprises a trading area of 2,000sq ft with around 85 seated covers, as well as front and rear beer gardens.
