The Crown Estate has appointed property advisors to seek out restaurant operators for the dining offer at the St James’s scheme, in London’s Piccadilly. The historic area is currently undergoing a 10-year £500minvestment and regeneration programme, which includes a major £14m public realm scheme and a dramatic transformation of Piccadilly Circus. The Crown Estate has appointed Davis Coffer Lyon (DCL) to secure operators for the scheme. Alice Keown from DCL said, “The new plans for St James’s will give us the opportunity to dramatically enhance the area’s position as a as a successful and distinct sector of the West End, as well as a stand-alone dining destination by introducing new and exciting high quality occupiers.” A search for a new restaurant operator at Trafalgar House, off Pall Mall, has already begun.
