A group of German football supporters are hiring themselves out to teams that offer them free beer and sausages, after the team that they supported went bankrupt. Christoph Pauer and his friends, former supporters of SC Goettingen 05, a German fourth division side that went into administration in October, set up Fans Without A Club to offer their chanting services to other clubs over the internet. The supporters, who will travel to a game for the price of a couple of beers and a hotdog, claim their vocal support can help encourage teams to win. Around 30 fans helped cheer amateur side Wolfenbuetteler SV to a 2-0 victory, on their first "job".
