Wright Brothers, the seafood specialists, open its second site in London this week, with a launch in Soho on 12 November. Located on Kingly Street with a second entrance on Kingly Court and spread over three floors, the 120-cover site will include a basement dining room as well as a main restaurant and an oyster bar opening onto the courtyard. The food offer will be similar to the Wright Brothers' original restaurant at Borough Market featuring a wide selection of oysters, shellfish and seafood from France, the British Isles and the Duchy Oyster Farm and Fishery in Cornwall, which the group owns. The group opened its Borough Market restaurant in 2005, the same year in which it acquired the Duchy of Cornwall Oyster Farm and Fishery on the Helford River in Cornwall where it also runs the Ferryboat Inn.
