An increasing number of restaurants are paying more attention to vegetable as an accompaniment or as the vegetarian option on their menu, reports The Times. They include Sketch, in central London, the Lanesborough hotel, on Hyde Park Corner, Roussillon, also in the capital and L’Enclume, in Cumbria.
