Sushi chain Ukai has added a fourth London site to its estate. Ukai has added the former Polka site at 58-59 Poland Street in London's Soho, which has been closed since The Food and Drink Group went into administration in late 2008, to its stable. Founded in 2006 by Abbas Moaven, the group has outlets on the capital's Portobello Road, Westbourne Grove and Lavender Hill, Battersea. Ukai has signed a 20-year, £155,000 per annum lease at the 5,000 sq ft site owned by Enstar Capital. Property agents Shelly Sandzer handled the deal.
