Solo dining is shaking off its social stigma, reports The Daily Telegraph. Restaurateurs see it as one of the biggest growth areas especially among women. Anthony Demetre, who opened Arbutus earlier this year, decided to make solo dining an integral part of the restaurant and built a food bar for people to eat on. He said the restaurant attracted many of solo diners.
