Bob Senior, the former chief executive of Ultimate Leisure, has launched a new company, called Utopian Leisure Group. Utopian has a debt facility of £50m with Royal Bank of Scotland and NatWest. Tim Wynn, the former development director at Ultimate, is working with Senior, according to a report in the Morning Advertiser. Senior said: "We are starting with a clean sheet of paper and a sizeable debt facility. We are looking to combine music, food and drink to create a grown-up offer in the right premises. There is no particular hurry though. "If we spent six months or a year looking for the right first site it would not matter – we plant to spend wisely." Eddie Fung, the Belfast restaurateur, is understood to be consulting with the company on its food offering.
