Three private equity groups are said to be in talks to buy Dunkin' Brands, which includes Dunkin' Donuts, from Pernod Ricard. Lee Partners and Bain Capital, and the Washington, D.C.-based Carlyle Group are said to be planning bids for the group Pernod had planned to immediately sell off the restaurant brands, which also include Baskin-Robbins and sandwich chain Togo’s, once it had acquired Allied Domecq.
