Jamie Oliver has revealed plans to open another of his 15 concept restaurants. Speaking at the recent unveiling of his likeness at Madame Taussaud’s, Oliver announced that the new restaurant would be located in Cornwall, and the celebrity chef is reportedly close to a deal for a site at Newquay’s Watergate Bay. It is understood that 15 Hoxton’s head chef, Andrew Parkinson, will run its kitchen. This will be the third 15 restaurant. Oliver opened the original one in Hoxton in 2002 with a remit to train disadvantaged young people for the restaurant trade. He opened a second premises in Amsterdam in December 2004.
