Fifteen, Jamie Oliver's flagship restaurant in Shoreditch, east London, is the one unprofitable outlet in celebrity chef Jamie Oliver's empire. The restaurant, which trains young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, ended the last financial year with a £568,000 deficit. But Oliver is committed to keeping it afloat.
