Min Jiang, the Singapore-based Chinese restaurant venture, is to open its first London site in July at the Royal Garden hotel in Kensington. The 100-cover restaurant, which will be located on the top floor of the hotel on the site of the former Tenth eaterie, will feature a bar, 20-cover private dining room and several wine rooms. The group currently has two outlets in Singapore, at the Goodwood Park Hotel and at One North at Rochester Park. The place will serve a variety of regional Chinese cuisines, including dim sum, hot and sour soup and Beijing duck cooked in a wood fired oven.
