Five wet-led pubs, previously operated by the CCT Group, have been placed on the market. The clutch of sites has been put up for sale on behalf of Robert Hewitt of Gibson Hewitt & Co, the administrator of Jack Beards & Swan Inns (Kent) – two subsidiaries of CCT that were placed into administration last week as part of a pre-pack deal by owner Chris Compton. The package of pubs comprises the Blue Anchor, the Crooked Billet, and the Holly Bush, which are all based in south east London; the Railway Bell near Brighton train station; and the Woodman in South Croydon, Surrey. Christie & Co is handling the disposal.
