Domino’s Pizza in Poland has opened its eighth store in Warsaw The site is on Towarowa Street, a main route that runs through the centre of Warsaw to the west of Jana Pawla, where two of its other stores are located. Peter Shaw, chief executive of DP Poland, said: “Our eighth store is in another high profile location and we believe it will add significantly to our growing profile in the city.” The company, which raised £6.5m following its listing on AIM in July 2010, aims to open 12 sites in Poland this year. In September, it reported a pre-tax loss of £676,399 for the six months to 30 June 2011, with Shaw highlighting “significant investment in infrastructure [and] rapid development of our operational capabilities”.
