Clockjack Oven, a new rotisserie chicken concept, founded by former Terra Firma executive Fraser Duncan and Centre Parcs Europe COO Jerry Goldberg, is to launch in central London, with plans to create a chain of up to 15 sites. M&C Report understands restaurateur David Moore, who was behind Michelin-starred restaurants Pied a Terre and L’Autre Pied, is a non-executive director of the new venture, which is believed to be close to signing on its first site. The business is believed to have appointed Cushman & Wakefield to seek sites and hopes to grow to 15 sites within the M25 over the next five years, with the first five aimed at central London, before seeking an exit.
