Cineworld, the leading cinema operator in the UK, has announced the locations of three new openings. The sites in are in Bracknell, Swindon and Broughton Park in Chester are in addition to its current opening plans for 2013, which include outlets in Wembley, St Neots and Gloucester. The move is to take Cineworld to almost the halfway point in its aim to open 25 new sites within five years. Last month Cineworldsaid it was to looking to ramp up its food offer, including the rollout of Starbucks units across its estate, after a drop in half-year retail revenue and spend. The group opened its first Starbucks site as part of a trial at the turn of the year in Sheffield’s Valley Centertainment Leisure Park. The success of this initial site has led to the group exploring opportunities to roll out the coffee chain’s sites into more of its cinema complexes
