A mobile phone aimed at drinkers is to go on sale in Britain after proving a huge success in South Korea. The Samsung LP4100 warns users if they are over the drink-drive limit. And it features a "sobriety lock-out" to stop drunken late-night calls to former girlfriends, bosses, parents and kebab houses.
