Gordon Ramsay is losing £10,000 a week on his New York restaurant venture in West 54th Street due to diners failing to honour their reservations.   Critics in the city, including the powerful Frank Bruni of the New York Times, have savaged the five-month-old restaurant, complaining of “leathery lobster” and “cruise shop catering”.   Ramsay’s next restaurant venture will be at the Trainaon Palace Hotel in Paris.   The Mail on Sunday 13/5/07 page 53
