Barracuda has launched a menu featuring its namesake fish, as part of celebrations for the opening of its 150th outlet. The barracuda fish bake, containing barracuda imported from Australia, will be offered across the company’s estate. Mark McQuater, Barracuda’s chief executive, said: "We believe the barracuda fish bake is a unique dish in this country and it will add even more appeal to our menu range."
