The initial food & drink operator mix for Boxpark, the world’s first and only pop-up mall that is set to open in Shoreditch later this month, has been completed and will include new sites for Frae, Pieminister and Crussh. Boxpark, which will be made up of over 50 shipping containers, will also feature a second site for Namo, the Vietnamese restaurant concept, a second unit for Foxcroft & Ginger, the café concept, and a first site for new burger concept, Bukowski Grill. As revealed by M&C Report earlier this year, Chop’d, the London-based salad bar chain, is to open its seventh site in the capital at the development, while Crussh, the smoothie bar operator, will open its 26th site at the scheme. Namo currently operates a site in east London and is the sister restaurant to Huong Viet, while Foxcroft & Ginger, which is led by Quintin Dawson, opened its first site at the start of last year in Soho. The Boxpark opening will take Frae, the frozen yoghurt concept, to three sites in the capital, it currently has units in Islington and Notting Hill. Pieminister currently has six sites around the country, including one in Gabriel’s Wharf in the capital.
