Wildly different full-year forecasts for Scottish & Newcastle, which has changed its year end from April, are reported today.
The Sunday Telegraph says the company is tipped to announce annual pre-tax profits on Wednesday of £366m to the end of December.
The Independent on Sunday says pre-tax profits are expected to rise from £380m to £471m.
The newspaper says investors will want to hear about where future growth will come from.
