Former Pizza Express chief executive David Page and business partner Paul Campbell are expected to be among the bidders when ex-tennis star David Lloyd puts his 14 Next Generation fitness clubs up for sale in the New Year. But Whitbread, which bought out Lloyd's first fitness company in 1995, is thought an unlikely buyer this time round.
