Hotels group Starwood has accepted a Eu660m bid for its Taittinger champagne house from French bank Credit Agricole, backed by a scion of the Taittinger family.
But the deal has angered Indian drinks giant United Breweries, who lost out in the bidding and claimed there had been "bias".
