Wabi, the high-end Japanese restaurant in Horsham, West Sussex, which is headed up by ex-Nobu head chef Scott Hallsworth, has launched a sister takeaway concept in the town, called Just My Sushi. Just My Sushi, which has taken a unit in the town’s Swan Walk Shopping Parade, allows customers the chance to acquire selection of ‘grab-and-go’ sushi bento boxes. Wabi, which opened in June, is the brainchild of entrepreneur André Cachia. The 135-cover restaurant serves serve contemporary Japanese cuisine on two floors and cocktails from a ground-floor bar, which features a state-of-the-art aquarium. Hallsworth, originally from Australia, spent six years working at Nobu London before launching the Nobu Melbourne site in 2007.
