SOHO Coffee Co, the West Country-based chain, has signed a deal with Butlins to open sites at its holiday parks in Minehead and Skegness. The deal takes the chain’s estate to 19 sites with the Skegness opening marking its first venture into the East of England. The company, which was founded by ex-Compass directors Chris Copner and Penny Manuel in 2007, operates a number of units in Bristol, Cardiff, Birmingham and Manchester. It runs a number of sites at transport hubs under a franchise agreement with SSP and also operates units at Dublin, Malaga and Las Palmas airports.
